WHEN DOES IT BECOME AN ADDICTION?

I am dominating in the coat stakes right now. Without realising it, coats seem to have overtaken shoes in the ‘how many can we squeeze in the cupboard’ stakes. I mean I always like to hoard and collect clothes, shoes bags etc, but over the last 2 years I seem to have built up a rather spectacular coat collection (I can recall 16 winter coats off the top of my head).

I don’t necessarily think it’s extravagant either, to have an overzealous volume of outerwear, It’s fair to say that you need a variety of coats to deal with a whole spectrum of occasions – walking the dog, work, dinner dates, gala do’s, casual weekend, shopping etc etc. It’s also fair to say, that I do actually wear the majority of my coats. I rotate them far more frequently than I do bags / shoes etc, in fact each day I pick a coat dependent on what I’m wearing or where I’m going.

I recently got the opportunity to treat myself to a little ‘summin summin’ from the Missguided website and as soon as I spotted this leopard print fur and leather coat I immediately got my order in. I absolutely love leopard print – which if you’re a regular reader i’m sure you’re already well aware of – and teaming this print with fur and leather is really an all round win win in my books.

This coat is great for Autumn / Winter and the perfect weekend style coat and is perfect styled with a cute little shift dress and my trusty ankle boots.  I think it could probably be dressed up for a date night look too, with skinny jeans and sky high stilettos.
