Seeing as today is my last day at work for a whole week and a half, I thought i’d post a rather ironic outfit, mixing work chic garments with rough and ready weekend wear. The mix is something I forever admire on others, blending perfect fitting cigarette trousers with a tee & throw on jacket, or in this case an oversized shirt and boyfriend blazer with a pair of fitted skinnies.

The shirt and blazer are actually new items I’ve purchased over the last couple of weeks and have been wearing loads lately. I styled them this week with my trusty Whistles skinny jeans and my new waxed leather / suede goodies from & Other Stories and Pauls Boutique. These wax leather & Other Stories loafers were another Copenhagen purchase (its amazing how much shopping you can squeeze in a 30 minute lunch break) and this suede ‘Porter bag’ is a fab number from Pauls boutique‘s AW14  collection! The textured leather works perfectly with the subtle tones of the shirt & blazer.
