BOYFRIEND BLAZER

My second look of 2015 and one which encompasses a few of my favourite style from 2014, a touch of androgynous with my oversized boyfriend blazer, relatively monochrome (black & white is something `i really started to embrace this last year) and of course the white shirt, an item i’d always left back in my school days wardrobe, but one that now I wear almost too much! It’s that whole effortless oversized thing that stole my heart in 2014, and I don’t see that changing too fast moving into 2015 … just look at my style inspiration board on pinterest for proof!

This look was something I wore just before the New Year came in, back in my home town (and another favourite spot to shoot) Winchester for a little lunch & shopping with my sister (exactly what we plan to do today too). This grey boyfriend blazer was a great purchase in 2014, something i’d been debating buying for a month or so (debating because I have about 20 blazers, but none this ‘boyfriend’ style) and something that in the end my sister nabbed me with a 20% off student day, and I haven’t looked back since. I styled the jacket with my Sugarhill Boutique shorts (love these for a simple bottom half), my white shirt (go figure) and my new Carvela Kestral pumps. Would you believe me if I said i’d not owned a black pump before these? Shocking I know!
