. 50 SHADES OF PINK : ADDING A SOFT SPRING BLUSH TO MY FALL WARDROBE.
Coming home from holiday is a funny sartorial moment, it’s that balance of dressing in sweltering heat, but the knowledge of imminent wind chill when you step foot on home soil. It’s the ultimate transitional clothing moment, wearing your summer wardrobe, with a few fall additions to ensure you don’t get an immediate. What I do like about the occasion, is that my wardrobe still has that pop of colour to it, whereas when fall fully hits us, I tend to drop some colours opting for more muted tones & navy. But for now … my pink wool cos coat made the ultimate transitional layer, with my panama hat getting one final hoorah before it becomes a decoration for the next 6 months.
. COS WOOL COAT (SIMILAR SALE VERSION) . ZARA RIPPED JEANS (SIMILAR) . OFFICE SANDALS (SIMILAR) . VINTAGE PANAMA . AND OTHER STORIES LEATHER BAG .
Now I’m back in London, and wrapping up for Autumn, I’ve found myself planning a whole new wardrobe, full of soft, muted tones, warm and cosy textures, and long line lengths. Naturally I’m dreaming a little far beyond my means with the infamous Acne shearling jacket in powder pink, but the Phillip Lim mini Pashli in feather has been on my wishlist for over a year and so is a little treat I think I’ll indulge in this Christmas. To me, Love me. In the meantime, I think I’ve finally found the answer to my backpack dreams with this little Sam Edelman Fifi Backpack.

I absolutely ADORE your pink coat! It’s such a blush and girly color, and yet the silhouette of the coat itself is not girly at all :B I like that balance.
