. PARIS .
If you follow my twitter, instagram or even my facebook page then you will probably know that this weeks been a busy old week of travelling for me … Mon-Weds was spent in Stockholm and Thurs – Fri in Paris with work. I am super lucky to get to travel with my job and I love it so much (albeit it’s extremely tiring). However as we’re there for work and meetings, you often find you’re stuck inside and not getting to explore the cities you’re in … so to make the most of my trip to belle Paris this week I decided to extend my return journey to Sunday and spend two days exploring the city, speaking francais to my hearts content and eating too much delicious cuisine.
It was so lovely to spend the weekend adapting to the parisian way of life, pottering around Le Marais, eating in delicious restaurants, shopping in gorgeous designer stores and gobbling up some local delicacies. I speak a bit of French and found myself barely speaking English across the two days, I absolutely love the langauge and jumped at the chance to pretend I was a real parisian and not a weekend tourist.
As it’s late and I’ve only just returned home, today’s post is a little instagram catch up of a few of the sites I saw. I also took my SLR and so hope to share some outfits and travel pics from my trip soon too :)

Good for you to speak French! It’s my first language ;) I find a lot of English people are afraid to speak French but I just love it to ear the british accent! You guys should do it more often! You had great weather, the pics are lovely!
