Today’s outfit post is a fairly chilled out look, optimising bright colours to counterbalance the dull wintery weather. The outfit features my new (ish) acid wash jeans from topshop & my neon pink knit. Nothing too exciting but just a nice comfy outfit for Autumn.

This week is a pretty busy one, tomorrow I’m going to the Look Scary event (hosted by LLYMLRS & London Lipgloss) I’m really excited to meet so many other bloggers that I chat to via blogs / twitter & to put a real face to so many of my fave blogs I read. The event is Halloween themed, and so I’m desperately trying to figure out what to wear – mainly as I need to go straight from work & i’m going out afterwards. EEK. Last night I came home to my RI leather dress – it’s a total dream boat and I love it a lot and the best thing of all is I think it might be perfect for tomorrow. Smart enough for work, black leather could look quite vampire / witch esque for the party, and then if I ditch the hat and scary makeup after the event, i’ll look semi respectable for going out after. What do you think?
So not only is Thurs a mega busy one, I also fly out to Oslo on Friday evening to visit one of my best friends. Me and the girls go out a couple of times a year, and it’s always such a fun trip. We’re only going for a couple of nights, but I’ve heard an MTV party is in the pipeline for Saturday night – so I’m definitely going to wear my new glitzy Topshop dress to this (will share on ye blog soon of course).

I love this simple, understated outfit! The bright colour is perfect for perking up your mood this time of the year. I think the leather dress would look great with some vampy make up for the Look Scary event, then the social event afterwards and for work beforehand. If anyone can make it work, it’s you! :)
