Outfit

Senorita con Margarita

March 23, 2012

. Monki Cream Oversized Jumper . Strawberry Zara Jeans . Turtle Shell Sunnies (Madrid) .
. Missguided Deina Tan Boots . Accessorize Turquoise Earings .

Anyone else unbelievably excited for the weekend? I seriously hope this sunshine hangs around so I can hit Bournemouth for some cocktails and lunch on the beach. This is my ‘it’s really sunny but bloody freezing’ outfit. I wanted to make the most of the spring sunshine but also keep warm as it’s pretty nippy still. I opted for cream and pink colours to brighten up my look, and the sunnies of course :)

Last night I went for Margarita’s and Mexican with my friends in Covent Garden, this was post a bottle of red at the pub after work (it’s been a hard month). Needless to say our girly dinner was a hoot and we were an iddle bit tipsy by the time we left. But seriously, how good are Margarita’s? We went for the frozen variety and despite being uber strong they went down a treat :)

Tonight after work I am driving back home to see my girls for a little vino too, 2 of whom have just got back from a 6 month trip to South America … eh you see, a title with double relevance! I can’t wait to see them all!
And a final little update from me, I had my eyes tested on Tuesday, which was probably the first time in years that I’ve been. Here’s my funny story from my trip to the opticians: I wasn’t expecting the air that comes from the pressure test and it made me jump so much that I leaped back and knocked the chair over. ha. I think I brought a little bit of light entertainment to the eye testing ladies day.
Don’t forget to give my look a little hype on lookbook too :)

This looks great! Really like these big sunnies. I too have been trying to put togther some it’s sunny but freezing outfits – failing so far, and shivering under the aircon in work. But at least I have a spring outfit on! x
