Shield your eyes folk, this post comes with a health warning. NEON. NEON. NEON. So I was casually browsing Topshop on my lunch break on Monday, off to pick up my new makeup bag as inspired by a ‘makeup essentials’ post by Gh0stparties, when I spotted (not hard) this amazing neon jumper. I quite literally grabbed it and paid immediately … I fell in love.

I love finding something new that you generally can’t live without. A big claim I know, but this jumper was just one of those items. I just loved it immediately. I wore it for the first time yesterday (this outfit) and just felt so super happy from the moment I put it on, the sunshine teamed with this ‘knock out’ neon jumper just made me have a huge smile on my face.
I also got to see my dearest hobbit (Blue October) who had come to London for the day, so we had a little lunch date which was just swell (a very pleasant break from work). We went to my fave little café Notes (St Martins Lane) and had some amazing salad and artisan ham baguette for lunch, mmm. I was meant to head to the Jarlo event after work, but ended up having a shocking afternoon at work and not getting out of work until 830pm :(
Anyway, only a couple more days to go before I am back home and ready to celebrate my little sisters 18th Birthday. Hooray. We’re going out for dinner on Friday night and I’ve bought an amazing shift dress from Mango which I am planning on wearing, it’s a gorgeous mint green colour and looks lush with some killer heels and a nice dangly necklace.
