Todays post is actually an outfit I wore last weekend when Jase and I were pottering around Bristol. I’m sure when some girls where this sort of thing they could make it look really effortless and cool, which was kinda the ambition, but somehow I always make it look more dressy. Ah well.
I love these Sugarhill Boutique shorts and have been wearing them loads with thick tights and cosy jumpers recently. My shirt is an old Zara favourite that my sister got for me a couple of Christmas’s ago. I seriously love it, as it’s so simple and chic.

Last night I had my hair done and despite being happy with the cut am currently sobbing over my hair colour. I always ask for a really creamy blonde, but woke up this morning with what feels like light brown hair. Really gutted but I’m going to try and get them to redo it this evening (FYI – these pictures were taken pre the hair colour last night obviously)
What do you think of this outfit and the styling of the shorts? How would you wear these shorts for winter?
I’m the same as you, always feel like I make the outfits some girls make look effortless look dressy. I think it looks great on you. Also, your hair definitely isn’t light brown – looks creamy blonde to me, but if you’re not happy with it then you’re not happy – I know how it is! x

I think you do manage to make this outfit look effortless and cool, it looks great on you. Sorry to hear you don’t like your hair, I hope they can sort it for you (you should put some photos up of it before and after they sort it maybe? I bet it is nowhere near as bad as you think, that is always the way with hair disasters I find)
