Well after the excitement of yesterday, I’m back to my roots again, with another outfit to share with you all. It’s an outfit which kinda summarises one of my obsessions this winter – sequin skirts and knitted jumpers. I’ve posted a few outfits of a similar styling and have loved the look all winter – it’s been great having women’s knitwear to wrap up in*! The sequin skirt really spices up the look whilst the knit keeps you super cosy.
This skirt is actually a new one and my second sequin skirt to the collection. I’ve been wearing my Krisp clothing gold sequin skirt a lot recently, but love how this skirt is a little brighter and flashy. I’ve always wanted one of the £80 Zara ones or an All Saints skirt, but where its a high fashion trend I know they’ll no doubt go out of fashion soon, so didn’t want to spend a fortune. This Lavish Alice one is a bargain find, and a really easy way to add sequins to your look.

When I wore this outfit the other weekend the sun was glorious and it was like spring was coming, but since then it’s been flippin’ freezing and i’ve been wrapped up in my bear hat and fur coat. Brrr. BUT, the great thing about this kind of look is that you can wear it in the winter months, as long as you get some super thick tights to wear it with.
I’m getting super excited for the weekend now, I have Friday off work and so many fun plans lined up.
