AC X AG INSPIRED DENIM DRESS

Whilst i’ve still not got my mitts on any AC x AG denim gems yet (one day, le sigh), I have been filling my wardrobe with incredible ‘dupes’ which the high street are swarming with. Namely Zara and Topshop, who’s denim collections this season are absolutely amazing. I’ve been filling my wardrobe with button down denim skirts, suede equivalents and of course the ultimate AC x AG inspired denim dress from Zara.

This dress was another of Zara’s ‘coming soon’, and for well over two weeks I checked the site daily waiting for it to come in stock (obsessive I know) … I probably ordered it within about 5 seconds of it coming in stock in the end! The dress is the perfect denim dress for Spring, a great quality denim, slightly stretch feel so really comfortable to wear and most importantly not too short (seriously, every skirt on the high street right now is so so short). I actually probably should have down sized a size to get the perfect fitted fit, but i’m happy with this version none the less, it’s just got a little more wiggle room.

I teamed the dress with my Office pony hair boots & a pair of black tights during my trip to Sweden this week, it’s a super simple throw on sort of outfit but looks chic & smart which is ideal.

I’ve already styled the dress up with heels & a statement bag (coming soon on mediamarmalade) but also can’t wait to style it down with simple converse & a messy ballerina bun. It’s such a versatile garment it’s ideal.
