Every week, when Friday arrives I feel such excitement that the weekend is finally here. I think it’s symptomatic of a busy work & demanding week, but I find myself constantly counting down to Friday when I know i’ll have two days of fun and carefree living, time to blog & shoot my imagery, catch up with friends and family and of course just generally relax. This week was no exception and i’m super excited to be heading home as it’s my sisters 21st birthday tomorrow, so we have a weekend jam packed full of celebrating which will be perfect (hopefully the sunshine comes out).

Todays look is my ultimate weekend wear, when i’m chilling out, running errands and catching up with friends, you’ll usually find me in laid back denim (my mom jeans are my go to this spring) and a simple tee or knit. I’ve rediscovered my love for the breton top lately and love it styled with my mom jeans. The best part of this look though is of course another pair of new shoes, and in fact another Zara purchase (they’re so on point this season). These lace up gladiator sandals are the perfect summer sandal and look fab with jeans & summer dresses alike!
