If you caught my afternoon tea post on Sunday, or follow me on instagram then you’ll have noticed a lot of wisteria  … it’s one of my favourite spring flowers and automatically puts a smile on my face, wisteria and blossom are the first real signs of Spring for me so i love seeing them start to bloom (I have wisteria in my garden and it’s so pretty). Lainston House on Saturday was full of it, and so I thought i’d maximise my visit there and roped my sister into capturing some pictures of my outfit from the day (poor sod, it was her birthday too). The setting was beautiful and actually seemed to work well with the colours of my Zara playsuit … a firm favourite from last season!

I actually really liked my outfit for the occasion, it’s not often I master a look that looks good but is also comfy to wear (seriously, how hard is it), but this Zara playsuit always delivers on both and has been a very worthwhile purchase for me (you may remember it from last Summer’s outfits – here / here / here ?)!

I teamed the playsuit this weekend with my new Boden denim jacket which is fast becoming my go to outerwear of choice, I absolutely love the dark wash denim and the rough cut / fringed neckline (slightly different to the standard collar) and it goes perfectly with all my favourite seasonal trends, especially suede (my tan suede skirt looks brilliant with this jacket – stay tuned for that look)! I finished things off with my favourite accessories … the usual culprits, Lady Celine, Clubmasters & my suede lace up heels!
