So today is officially my first full day in NYC, the city I love so much & the city that one day I’d love to live in. We’ve been rather fortunate with the weather, we’ve got crisp blue skies & gorgeous sunshine sneaking through the high rise buildings, naturally the air is chilly, it’s New York after all, and so winter warmers and accessories are a priority. Fortunately for me, I have a rather large hat collection, so my winter accessories are about to get some air time.

I’ll be spending my weekend walking the streets of Manhattan, visiting all my favourite spots & trying out a whole load of recommendations we’ve been given by friends that live here. We’ll be heading to Williamsburg & Brooklyn tomorrow which I can’t wait for, but today it’s about Manhattans finest, Central park, 5th Avenue, Chelsea & a little Friday afternoon museum hopping.

I’m keeping my attire low key, with my new Whistles skinny jeans (I was desperate for some new jeans & I love the Whistles fit), my rag & bone knit jumper, so classic loafers & of course a little winter warmer, in the guise of my new Accessorize wooly hat! Perfect.
