New In My Summer Wardrobe & The Return Of Marmalade

It feels good to be back.

I’m not sure my brain has quite slowed down yet after a rather busy six weeks, but at the very least I’ve been making the most of my first real weekend off in what feels like months.

Jase and I took a stroll in Nottinghill, to grab a little lunch and make the most of the sunshine. We wondered a little further than normal and explored Kensington Palace and the beautiful gardens. Despite living in London over 10 years I couldn’t quite believe i’d never been there before. I thoroughly recommend a little visit after you’ve grabbed some lunch in my favourite, granger & co.

Today we’re heading a little further south into Chelsea for a nosy on the high street and hopefully a spot outside in the sun to grab some lunch. My favourite weekends are those just spent pottering around, hopping from coffee shop to brunch, basking in the sunshine and capturing pictures against the stunning west london town houses.

I’ve missed it.

I also finally got the chance to wear a few new pieces which have been patiently sat waiting for some day light. This mango skirt is one of my ‘go to’ cuts and shapes and with the weather yesterday was the perfect day to give it a debut. I also got my new stan smiths out for the first time since I bought them months ago, i’ve been waiting for the guarantee of no rain before getting them out. And last but not least my Saint Laurent Bellechasse. My newest and most lusted after addition to my bag wardrobe, this was my thirtieth birthday present from Jase and i am just so in love with it.
